Issue/Introduction

The holddata for SO15993 indicates that the user's affected that must take action are:

"CICS users that require UCTRAN(YES) AND use mixed case passwords."   UCTRAN(YES) is used but mixed case passwords are not.
  Is the action required with the signon program,  ACFAEUSC, required in this situation?

If you are not using mixed case passwords there is no need make the changes
referenced in the PTF holddata of SO15993.
It is recommended that the signon program be re-assembled and linked without 
making any changes (unless you have previous local signon program modifications).
