Issue/Introduction

Client download requests matching "inspect" mode policy rules and OPSWAT scan see download failure with "File is blocked" message displayed on the browser.

Resolution

Recommendation is to disable sanitization in OPSWAT when the transaction is matching a Web Isolation "inspect mode" policy. There are no issues on "sanitizing" files while the transaction is fully isolated either in grid or vector rendering mode
