Channel Name doesn't get translated

Issue/Introduction

Channel Name is not getting translated to any other language apart from English.  

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity modern ux with administrator rights
2. Navigate to Administration --> Blueprints
3. Use a custom Blueprint and edit the Blueprint
4. Under Modules add a new Channel
5. Enter the channel name in English and fill in other required fields
6. Now Login as another user whose language is set as German 

Expected Results:  The user with language set as German is expected to see the Channel Name translated.  

Actual Results: The user with language set as German is seeing the Channel Name as English only.

Resolution

DE65332 is Not a Defect. There are missing steps described for the use case.

• The Modern UX Blueprints can accommodate translations for other languages by logging into the system as an Administrator user with account settings for the specific language and updating the Blueprint Channel Label.
