Summary: So far the issue is intermittent and we don't have a clear way to reproduce it each time. The error goes away once we add the extension of the file to the Authorized File Extensions in System Options.
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results: File is uploaded successfully.
Actual Results: Throws an error message saying that a virus has been found and the file is not uploaded.

If the Admin updates any attribute in the system options page it causes the filescan option to be disabled. Due to this, scanning is not happening while uploading a file. This issue occurs only in containers. The error goes away once we add the extension of the file to the Authorized File Extensions in System Options.
