Issue/Introduction

The datamart extraction job failed after we upgraded to 16.0.2 with error:

Cause

This may be caused by some bad values in the curves.

Resolution

If after trying the job a few times and still failing 

Run the job in the following sequence

• Time slice sync
• Time slice
• Rate matrix extraction 
• DataMart extraction job|
• Recreate the indexes on NBI_R_FACTS .

Restart the app and BG after the above steps
