Reset attemped on a wrong machine

What could cause this error? The license keys are confirmed right for the machine.

Resolution

The receiver lib could be wrong.

For example, the lib list is

IMRCVLIB    *DTAARA   AR_Y2SYCR
...
MRCVLIB    *DTAARA   IMA9BM002O                                         

IMRCVLIB    *DTAARA   MKSIR                   (C) 2011 company-name

MRCVLIB    *DTAARA   Y2SYCRBK                (c) 1988-2000 company-name\

...

the right lib could be MKSIR, not AR_Y2SYCR.
