DUAS Node on Windows entering the stopped state with error "Access is denied"

Issue/Introduction

One of Dollar Universe service  COMP_NODE_GSI_X service is stopped on our Dollar Universe Manager server.

The environment details of nodes are 

• Environment: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard
• VENV: VMware Virtual Platform

Release : 6.x

Component :  DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

An issue with Windows environment, but doesn't get recorded in Windows Event viewer. The error captured in universe.log are "access denied at System level to access the file".

Access is denied.
Unable to copy reorganized temporary data file from "C:\AUTOMIC\DUAS\COMP_TESTNODE\temp\u_frre60.idx" to "C:\AUTOMIC\DUAS\COMP_TESTNODE\data"

Resolution

To restore node follow steps below.

1. Stop the DU service
2. Validation creation of file in temp directory of DU
3. Run an offline-reorg using unireorg
4. Start the DU services unistart /all
