Issue/Introduction

Can you confirm the minimum hardware required (cpu, mem and disk) for external mysql database for portal docker. The documentation shows only version supported and db parameters.

The general guidance is a minimum of 4 core 16+ Gb for the mysql host itself. But this can vary based on implementation. And require much more depending on Analytics, amount of apis, and other variables. So each implementation will vary. But this is to document the expected minimum.
