Unable to connect to 3rd-party application via Gel Script

Issue/Introduction

Trying to connect to Jira application from Clarity PPM throws the following error message. The Clarity PPM SaaS application is being used.

Reason: java.net.UnknownHostException: someJiraApplication.someNetwork.com

Cause

The 3rd-party application (Jira application), not accessible through the internet.

Resolution

Make the 3rd-party application available for access through the internet, at least to certain specific Incoming IP Addresses.
