Issue/Introduction

I would like to know more information about why Rally was unavailable than was provided on the status page. 

Resolution

In the even that Rally experiences an outage or is otherwise unavailable a retrospective is done to analyze the issue. When this has concluded the results of the retrospective is made available at the community site linked below:
