IEW4000I error when running a Endevor processor

Issue/Introduction

When running a Endevor processor I'm getting this error: IEW4000I FETCH FOR MODULE IGYEQCWI FROM DDNAME SYS00087 FAILED BECAUSE INSUFFICIENT STORAGE WAS AVAILABLE

What's the problem and why did this start happening?

Component : Endevor Software Change Manager

Cause

This error is a IBM error. It indicates that more storage(Region) is required.

In this case the program IGYEQCWI indicates that this is a COBOL 6 compile.  Note that COBOL 5 and 6 requires a minimum region size is 200m.

The region that is used by some programs can be smaller one time and larger the next.

Resolution

Increase the region size in the batch job/step, Started task or TSO logon as applicable.
