"Something went wrong. Please try again later" error trying to login to Secure Access Cloud

Issue/Introduction

When we trying login to https://setcor.luminatesec.com/ we again getting error "Something went wrong. Please try again later"

Issue seems to be specific to all domain users - we can login with local admin access without issues.

 

Cause

Firewall changes blocked connections from SAC connector to the LDAP server

Environment

SAC

LDAP Identity type setup as default identity Provider

Resolution

Fixed firewall changes that blocked LDAP comms from connector to AD.

Note that alerts should have been generated for the inactive Identity Provider but was not (Engineering team is addressing this). The only visible warning was the health of the Identity Provider itself as shown below, showing it's status as offline:
