Why disk throw alerts " disk not available" for secondary node of cluster. how to avoid this ?

Resolution

The shared resources under cluster section - if the file system in the cdm.cfg shows under the shared resources, it will alarm 
 
 It will also alarm on local drive if it is not available. 

You have enabled monitoring for these file systems in his cfg files under the sections explained, so you get the alarm. 
 The easiest way to check is to disable the monitoring under the sections mentioned and if it stops alarms, configure it properly to send only needed alarms.
