Unable to connect Provisioning Server during Provisioning Manager Setup

Issue/Introduction

Provisioning Manager has been upgraded from 14.3 to 14.4. After that running Provisioning Manager Setup to connect to Provisioning Server on vApp (virtual appliance) failed with
     "Unable to connect Provisioning Server"
error.

How to address this issue?

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager) on virtual appliance

Resolution

Please don't use Provisioning Manager Setup, but download the latest Remote Tools media and run VirtualApplianceTools.exe. If you click the 'hamburger' menu on the top left of the vApp dashboard and select "External Tools" you will see the instructions.

When you run VirtualApplianceTools.exe it will prompt you to entry vApp ip/host and it should install and configure Provisioning Manager correctly.
