You want to reset the password for your Quarantine Portal account

Resolution

To reset the password for you Quarantine Portal account

1. Go to https://xx.quarantine.symantec.com (Replace xx with eu or us, based on the provisioning)

2. Click on "Forgot your password?"

 

3. Enter the username and click on "Reset Password"

 

4. A password reset email will be sent to your email. Click on the link and reset the password for your account

For Single Sign On users, please click on "Sign in with company account. Once you arrive at the login page, please click on "Click here" at the top of the page and follow the provided instructions.
