LDAP settings are missing in Reporter 11

Issue/Introduction

LDAP settings are no longer available in Reporter 11.

Resolution

Reporter 11 no longer has it's own interface. All reports are run from within Management Center. There is no longer a need for LDAP in Reporter. All user roles and permissions are now managed by roles within Management Center.
