Quick Search + Filter, Switch Layouts back to grid - not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

With a Filter selected in the Filter Section plus using the Quick Search is not working correctly, when navigating from Timeline to Grid or from Board to Grid. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to the Projects generic GRID 
2. Select the 'Manager' field and filter for 'Tanner, Paul'  - okay, you see 7 Projects  
3. Use the Quick Search on the GRID and type in 'byod' - okay, you now see 1 Project 
4. Go to the Board Layout - okay, you see 1 Project 
5. Go to the Grid Layout - NOT OKAY, you see 7 Projects 
6. Go to the Timeline Layout - okay, you see 1 Project 
7. Go to the Grid Layout - NOT OKAY, you see 7 Projects 

Expected Results: The Quick Search should still work when switching between the different layouts back to the Grid, so you should only see 1 Project. 

Actual Results: The Quick Search is not working after switching layouts back to the Grid, so you will see 7 Projects.

Cause

DE65002 

Workaround: Clear out the Quick Search in the Grid or change the value and it works while you are in the grid.
