Command uxlst fnc does not control the arguments properly

Issue/Introduction

The parameter FNC from the command "uxlst fnc" accepts any parameter, provided that the first three characters match an existing engine.

Expected behavior: argument fnc should only be accepted if the name of the engine is one of the authorized ones (uppercase or lowercase) in 3 characters or *

Actual behavior: command uxlst fnc accepts whatever as FNC parameter and actually returns error code 0 if there is no engine mapped to that name.
