HTML Entities displayed instead of the actual character

Issue/Introduction

Hovering over an attribute displays a hint. If the attribute contains special characters, some HTML entity codes (e.g.: ') are displayed instead of the actual special character.

Steps to Reproduce:  

1. Go to the Modern UX Projects Grid
2. Name a new project (or rename an existing one) to Test ' (single quote character included)
3. Hover the mouse on top of the project name until project name hint appears

Expected Results: Hint displays: Test '.

Actual Results: Hint displays: Test '
