With Top Secret Control Options OPTION(4) affect the INACTIVE Control Option?

With OPTION(4) set, started tasks are not affected by the INACTIVE Control Option, since OPTION(4) disables password checking for started tasks.

If an acid has the PROTECTED attribute, INACTIVE checking is not done with or without OPTION(4) set.

Since PROTECTED acids dont have a password, INACTIVE control option will have no affect on any PROTECTED acid.
