What is logged in the hub.log when the _restart callback is used to issue a hub restart

Issue/Introduction

I am looking for information to understand why the hub restarted if it was related to a user interaction.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - HUB

Resolution

The output, at loglevel 4. However you can get all the pertinent information at loglevel=1.
