3025 Error in DBOpen connection processing in SQLConnect With CEM Job CEMMDCCU

Issue/Introduction

When running Compliance Event Manager job CEMMDCCU, the following errors occur: 

CEM DB CONNECT
 ODBC DEBUG message: Unable to connect to the server

Resolution

The DBSSID= in the member for the CEEVARS DD must match the ENF started task's CCI SYSID.

To find the CCI SYSID:
1) Go to the ENF proc and find the ENFPARMS DD.
2) Go to the dataset from the ENFPARMS DD and look for SYSID=.
