Issue/Introduction

I would like to remove old products that have been already upgraded to new releases.  Can you tell me the best way to proceed?

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : Chorus Software Manager

Resolution

 Instead of removing a product after an upgrade to a new release perhaps you should keep the product with the new release and remove the old release.

For example:

This is under the products tab. AllFusion CA-InterTest for CICS PL/1 - MVS with releases 10.0 and 11.0. After upgrading this product from 10.0 to 11.0 you could right click on the product name then click cleanup and hide to remove it with both 10.0 and 11.0 or you could right click on 10.0 and click cleanup and hide  keeping the product with 11.0.

To remove a product or release right click on the product or release then click 'cleanup and hide'. Examples:
