Insufficient Output Buffer Size when viewing SSL Session logs

Issue/Introduction
Whenever you attempt to access the SSL Session Log you may get the message "Insufficient output buffer size [6522994694]". As a result of this error, you are not able to see any SSL Session logs (cut through or inspect) in the SSL session log.
Environment
Seen on SSL Visibility Release : 4.5.7.1, however, this could be seen on other SSL Visibility versions as well.
Cause
This error has been seen when using Chrome 102.0.5005.61 on a Macintosh OS laptop.
Resolution
In order to verify what is causing the issue one step is to try using a different browser, for example, attempt to view the log with Firefox browser. If this is available via Firefox it is a browser issue. One resolution would be to clear the cookies and cache from the Chrome browser and attempt to view the session logs again. This has been proven to work. One other option is to use a different browser, for example, Firefox.
