V21 Window agent not connecting shortname in connection=

Issue/Introduction

Automic windows agent can't be started with the short name Automation Engine. Adding complete name is allowing agent to start . How to make agent use short name of engine ?

 

Environment

Release : 21.0.2

Component :Automation Engine.

Resolution

Make sure you have FQDN or short name in hostname= section of engine ucsrv.ini.
Also check if certificate added as SAN with the FQDN or short name.
