Error [Warning Failed to load external devices] when adding new external devices on SES console

Issue/Introduction

When you try to add new external devices on Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) cloud console - [Policies] - [Policy Components] tab - [External Devices] tab - [Add External Devices], following error is displayed upper right corner and cannot add devices.
