Error in Roadmap when selecting a saved view that lands on the Timeline on an upgraded server

Issue/Introduction

The environment has been upgraded to Release 16.0.2. After saving a view on the Roadmap Timeline layout, navigating away to the Properties Module, a Toast message appears. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. On an upgraded server on 16.0.2, create a Roadmap and import some projects
2. Navigate to the Timeline layout
3. Set the View Options 
   • Periods = Quarters 
   • Start Period = 2021-Q1 
   • End Period = 2023-Q1 
   • Totals = Sum of Periods 
   • Swimlanes = Sponsor 
   • Color By = Work Status 
   • Metrics = Actual 
   • Show Dependencies = On 
4. Save the view and call it "My New Default" and share it with everyone 
5. Click on the "Properties" module 

Expected Results: No Toast error message should appear. 

Actual Results: A Toast message appears: An error occurred while saving preferences.
