Watcher task not triggering job even after the resource file is identified

Issue/Introduction

The Watcher task does not trigger downstream jobs, even after the resource file is placed in the path and identified.

Below is the job resource log showing the file is identified:

But the job history log shows the file is missing:

         FIL Missing
F:\SMARTTEST\dummy.txt
 *** Task launch refused  ***

Release : 6.9 / 6.10

Resolution

The problem will be fixed in a future version of Dollar Universe.
