Issue/Introduction

Note this is intermittent issue that we were not able to reproduce but it happened couple of times in the past few months in the lower environment.

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Run Clarity 16.0.1, this is happening in Dev environment so could be as a result of some customization 
  2. Notice that 1 server is not accessible, restart it 
  3. The server is accessible again, for some time like a week or so and again we faced the same problem 

Expected Results: The app server should remain available. 

Actual Results: The server is not accessible.

Component : Clarity Architecture

Resolution

DE64874, fixed in 16.0.3 and 16.0.2.1

Workaround: Restart Services.
