SAP CallAPI doesnt start, possibly missing sections in the .ini file of installation package

Issue/Introduction

CallAPI with version 21 will not start.

The ini file provided does not contain a JCP list or TLS section.

Manually adding these does not resolve the issue.

Resolution

This has been resolved with v21.0.3

A problem has been fixed where the SAP Call API and Java Call API did not start when configured according to the install guide. Java Call API and SAP Call API require a TLS connection but the INI file contained only a CP_LIST section instead of JCPLIST.
