Delivery options/scheduling missing for a specific Altiris administrator user account when attempting to create a patch management package delivery policy.
Missing privileges for the user account or role the user is a member of.
Checked the options under Software Update Management Privileges for the user account or desired role. These settings are found in the console under Settings > Security > Account Management > Roles.
Note that the Patch Management Administrators role has the privileges enabled by default, but the role is editable and may have been altered.
