Cannot find the connector server services

Issue/Introduction

 

After successfully completing installing the CA IAM Connector Server we seem to have some missing services expected to be seen in services.msc.  However, those services did not appear.

  

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : IAM connector server

Cause

This is because the IAM connector services names have been changed.

Resolution

The new service name is starting with Symantec not CA
