How to set the Service Catalog web service session timeout?

We have some PAM processes that sometimes got invalid SID error after certain period of time and some others don't timeout at all.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : Catalog - PAM

Resolution

There is a timeout configuration under CA Service Catalog-->Administration-->Configuration-->User Default. The out of box value is 1 hour--if a session is inactive/not used for one hour it will be timed out. However, if you continue using the session it will not timeout. In other words, this is the setting for SC web service session inactivity timeout.
