This article provides steps to reset the administrator password on the Web Isolation Console.

Resolution

To reset an administrator password on the Web Isolation Console:

  1. Log in to the Web Isolation Management Console using a user account with administrator privileges.
  2. Navigate to Management > Management Users.
  3. Locate the account whose password you want to reset and click the pencil icon (edit) next to it.
  4. In the Password section, click More to expand the options.
  5. Enter the new password in both password fields to confirm.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Push the updated policy to ensure the changes are deployed.
