Resolution

The above error message "PT279E" may indicate a missing APF Authorization.

Therefore please check/verify the following:

• If PTLTSRB is listed in the AUTHTSF NAMES list in SYS1.PARMLIB member IKJTSOxx.
  
  
• If PTLTSRB is in an APF authorized library
  
  
• Perform command TSO APFCHK CLIST from DB2 Products Main Menu to find out if your system library, that PTLTSRB was copied, to is APF authorized.

The LOADLIB must either be in the LINKLIST or the STEPLIB of the
TSO logon proc and all loadlibs in the STEPLIB must also be APF authorized.
