21.0.3 utility setup.exe on windows throws ucyblgmx.exe error - binary removed from 21.0

Issue/Introduction

When running the utility setup.exe for windows with the 21.0.3 image, Automic.Automation_21.0.3_2022-05-23.zip, or from the utility zip, Automation.Engine_Utility_Windows_21_0_3+build.1652700829579.zip, the following popup occurs:

Cannot find the source file '[DIR to image]\utility\windows\x64\\@ucyblgmx.exe' to install.

Environment

Release : 21.0.2

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

This has been fixed with the release of 21.0.3 HF1 available for download at downloads.automic.com

Workarounds - there are two possible workaround:

1) Copy files directly from the x64 directory into the utility\bin directory 

2) Copy ucyblgmx.exe from 21.0.2 and put this into the x64 directory, then run setup.exe (also attached to this knowledge base article)

Additional Information

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

Ucyblgmx.exe has been removed from the AE solution 21.0. The shipping of this binary stopped with AE 21.0.3.
