dashboard chart time format remove AM/PM and replace with military/24-hour time indicator

Issue/Introduction

When we create Dashboards - Chart we see as time indication PM and AM. This is a time indicator that DOES NOT EXIST in Europe!! Please how can we change this into a 24-hour indication?

Resolution

Applied CU2 for resolution of the dashboard chart time indicator.

The solution for time format, e.g., AM/PM versus military time (24-hour clock) was to set the browser 'Data and Personalization'/'Settings'->'Language' to the preferred language, e.g., choose the Primary language of your choice, e.g., English, Nederlands, etc., and set the Secondary language/languages.
