This tech doc corrects some mistake/missing part in Service Desk Aria VA installation using rasa 3.0.6.

Resolution

The readme.txt file reads as following "

where pt the code for the language. For example, for Spanish it should be es

step 4 should read as following for Spanish language"

     and change "en_core_web_md" in line4 to "es_core_news_md"
