'Capacity vs Demand by Resource' report does not return correct data

Issue/Introduction

The 'Capacity vs Demand by Resource' report does not return data for some resources, even when those specific resources are filtered upon.

Cause

The Load Data Warehouse job in its full load mode not being run in the system.

Resolution

Ensure that a full load of the Load Data Warehouse job has completed successfully before testing the report.
