From inside Datamaker, we are not able to connect to GT Subset for TESTING data source connection .
We are seeing the below error
The TCP/IP connection to the host TESTING, port 56002 has failed. Error: "TESTING. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".
Incorrect version of sqljdbc_auth.dll in current directory.
please copy correct version for your operating system from SQLSERVER_DLLs sub directory.
Release : 4.9.1
Component : Subset
This has been identified as a product defect where the GTSubset is unable to read the connection details correctly for connection profiles that are Windows login/integrated security for SQL Server.
Development team has created the datamaker patch fix for this issue. Download from below link:
Use datamaker section from below knowledge article to apply the patch build.
For the sources that you have already tried to connect and incorrect profile has been created in subset, you need to either delete them in subset connections section and connect again from datamaker after applying the patch or correct the server details manually directly in subset connections UI.
