Issue/Introduction

How to find what credentials are being in a AA user's flow ?

Environment

Release : All supported AA releases.

Component :

Cause

Informational: Need to find what credentials were created for the AA user.

Resolution

1. Login in the Admin UI as Global Administrator

2. Search for a enrolled AA User for example user GIRUSER1 by using the "Users and Administrators" screen below.

3. On the screen below click on the user "GIRUSER1"

4. On the screen below click on tab "Manage Authentication Credentials" 

 

5.  On the screen below find that this user has ONLY OTP credentials created.

 

6. To get the details of the OTP credential that is configured, click on the right pointing arrow shown in #5 above
