Filtering in CA Performance Management (CAPM) Alarm Console

Issue/Introduction

Looking for a way to configure Events visible in the DX Performance Alarm Console. How can CA Spectrum Events that do not have a severity assigned be removed?

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management 21.2.x or later

 

 

Resolution

So the only way to control what is seen in the alarm console is to create filters

There is  no way to control what alarm severities CAPC queries Spectrum for, so you have to filter on the CAPM side
