Issue/Introduction

Trying to install Jasper Soft 7.8, but after few mins the install fails.

Error Message:

BUILD FAILED

:\JS7.8 Install\install.xml:490: The following error occurred while executing this line:
:\JS7.8 Install\install.xml:1039: Unable to connect Jasper Database 

  ERROR: The following error occurred while executing this line:
:\JS7.8 Install\install.xml:1314: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Release : 16.0.2

Resolution

Please engage the internal IT/Network Team and disable the "Antivirus" during the Upgrade/Install on the Target Server.
