Users are unable to export list from Resource List in PPM

Issue/Introduction

We use a power filter in the resource list to export to excel for weekly reporting.  The list has around 18,000 rows.  Some team members attempt to download it does not work, they receive an error that the site cannot be reached.

Error Message:

This Site cannot be reached

Release : 16.0.2

Component :CLARITY

Cause

There is a proxy timeout session set for xx mins for Web.

Resolution

Please use "Filter" and reduce the records and then export to xl/csv
