Issue/Introduction

Reporter not fetching logs using FTP as Service Account is not able to authenticate.

Event log is showing user unable to authenticate with 530 ERROR

 

Cause

Reporter system time is not correct

Resolution

Fix the Reporter time using the CLI command "clock"
