top on Linux is showing the Spectrum AlarmNotifier process is taking 100% CPU model of the time and 1.2 GB of memory

Cause
In this instance, the root cause of the issue was 100K plus active Minor alarms
Resolution
After clearing the alarms, the AlarmNotifier went back to normal CPU and memory usage.
