nas alarm suppression for ntevl not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

ntevl alarms do not contain a suppression key. Only in some circumstances are the alarms being suppressed in profiles where a custom suppression key was created, e.g., $scope. This displayed the key as ntevl/<Ip_address_range>.

Under the ntevl profile->Alarm / Post Tab, Set Suppression Key, Optional Key:

   $profile/$event_id
