Requested Manager doesn't copy for Converted Projects

Issue/Introduction

When converting an Idea to a Project, if the Idea Staff has Roles assigned to it with Requested Managers, the Roles will copy, but the Requested Manager will not.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log into the MUX. Create an Idea 
2. In the Idea go to the "Staff" 
3. Add some Roles to the Staff list 
4. Add the "Requested Manager" field to display in the Columns 
5. Assign a Requested Manager to each assigned Role 
6. Go through the process of approving the Idea, and then convert it to a Project 

Expected Results: When converting an Idea, the Staff records should copy over the 'Requested Manager' field. 

Actual Results: The Staff 'Requested Manager' value is not copied over to the new Project.
