Since upgrading to Spectrum and NetOps 21.2.8 we have experienced issues with OneClick hanging and client disconnects. We have seen where the OneClick process and sometimes the WebTomcat process consumes 100% cpu. All of the clients hang and we are unable to use the OneClick console.

There was a threading issue with the Tomcat client configuration.
This is resolved by patch 21.2.810a for Spectrum 21.2.8 and patch Spectrum_21.02.10.PTF_21.2.1008a for Spectrum 21.2.10. This is included in Spectrum 21.2.12.
The Spectrum_21.02.10.PTF_21.2.1010 supersedes Spectrum_21.02.10.PTF_21.2.1008a.
