Question on publishing views in New UI

Issue/Introduction

As a admin resource you can create a configured view and configure pull-out details for a Project, but question is, how can that view be made the default for everyone ?

Environment

Clarity 16.0.2

Resolution

For the clarity (modern UX) the capability of creating and setting default views is based on the security access right -"Views - Administer"
